This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) explains how FTECH (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our website. This Policy applies to all orders and forms part of our Terms of Service. By placing an order with FTECH, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
Order Processing & Production
FTECH specializes in professional optical equipment, including dental loupes that are custom-made and individually assembled.
Most loupe products are handcrafted in Korea, produced one unit at a time.
Production begins after order confirmation and payment approval.
Production timelines vary depending on product type, configuration, and workload.
Estimated production time:
Approximately 10–14 calendar days for customized loupe products, unless otherwise stated on the product page or order confirmation.
Production timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Method & Transit Time
Once production is completed, orders are shipped via international carriers selected by FTECH.
Estimated international shipping time: 3–5 business days
Transit time begins after the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, not from the order date.
Total estimated delivery timeframe:
➡ Approximately 3 weeks from order confirmation, combining production and international shipping.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside FTECH’s control.
Shipping Destinations
FTECH ships to domestic and international destinations where legally permitted.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may be legally imported into their destination country or region. FTECH is not responsible for shipments refused or delayed due to local import restrictions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments:
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and similar charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customs clearance processes may cause delays and are outside FTECH’s control.
Customs delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellation, refund, or chargeback.
Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
FTECH is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Customs inspections or clearance delays
Carrier disruptions or logistical backlogs
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Labor strikes
Government actions or regulatory changes
Global supply chain disruptions
Such delays do not entitle the customer to a refund, cancellation, or compensation.
Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the shipment is transferred to the carrier, in accordance with applicable commercial laws.
FTECH is not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring after carrier acceptance, except where required by applicable law.
Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses may be delayed, returned, or lost.
FTECH is not responsible for reshipment costs or delivery failures resulting from incorrect address information.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is deemed complete when the carrier’s tracking system confirms delivery.
FTECH does not guarantee signature-required delivery unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or appears to be lost:
Customers must notify FTECH within 7 calendar days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
Supporting documentation, including photographs and carrier tracking information, may be required.
FTECH will coordinate with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with carrier policies.
No Guaranteed Delivery Dates
All delivery dates provided by FTECH are estimates only.
FTECH does not guarantee delivery by a specific date, including for professional, academic, clinical, or travel-related deadlines.
Customers are advised not to schedule critical events or professional commitments based solely on estimated delivery dates.
